Says delivered but no package

It says my item was delivered however nothing was delivered to the shipping address. Ive tried to contact the seller with no response.

Estimado. Me pongo en contacto con ustedes en relación con un paquete. Código de seguimiento proporcionado es WUYOU0222455701. Según el sistema de seguimiento, el paquete está marcado como entregado, pero no he recibido el paquete.

Agradecería mucho si pudieran proporcionarme detalles adicionales sobre la entrega (como la persona que firmó o la ubicación de la entrega) o ayudarme a resolver este inconveniente lo antes posible.

Yes I've checked my package all the way to the day it got here and it set out for delivery on Easter day which I knew it wasn't out for delivery that day but then the following day it said had to been delivered to Englewood My question is was this package delivered to a another carrier like USPS or UPS when it states that it was delivered to Englewood or was it delivered to my shipping address or claim to be delivered on the day that it said delivered because I never received a package and I'm trying to track it down and I assuming that it never even was sent or processed and I was scammed can someone please get back with me 720-210-2336
