Says 'Delivered' but not delivered

Hi,
My order AS078717712CN, says delivered but I don't have it.
-Is it delivered by the local postal service or do you have your own delivery service?
-The address is to a business and it says it was delivered on a Sunday but it's not open on Sundays.
-There's also cameras and they don't show a delivery made on that day.

My trackink number is AX1000175297CD and it says my package was delivered but I did not receive it. Can you please tell me wich local courier took over parcel?

If you don't receive it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and ask which courier is in charge of delivering it to you or require the seller to contact the courier to check it for you.
