Says delivered, but nowhere in sight

I ordered 2 orders - both say "delivered" but neither has been delivered. It is not in my mailbox, mail locker, or neighbors. Please track this and let me know or I will file with my credit card company for a refund. The address on the shipping info is correct, it was through Paypal.

Its currently 7:45 am & I NEED assistance!!!!! Your web sight read that it was out for delevery at 09:23 & the next line says its been delivered at 16:21 but, it was 7:45 so, how can that happen? It was 7:45am in the morning not 9:23 & 16:21 but. you had it posted as if those events took place..... I have not received my package
