Item not recieved

My tracking confirms that my parcel was received at Langley on the 19th May I have still had no sight of this parcel ? Can someone help as to where it is please.

Hi Lisa Baxter,

Is the tracking number starting with U? If so, it couldn't be tracked after it arrives in UK. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
