Says delivered not received

Parcel not delivered. Royal Mail not received parcel. China post won't confirm which logistic company handled thus large parcel ( kayak ). Clearly huge item could not be left unnoticed somewhere. China post where is my parcel and who was the carrier in the U.K.

My tracking info says it's been delivered. I never received it. It doesn't tell me where it got delivered, just says delivered. Says it's from USPS, they say they never received it. Contacted the company, and they said to contact my post office. I did, but they said they can't do anything because they never received anything. And now the company is ignoring me. Hello,
Apparently this shipment has been delivered November 25th, but I haven't received it. I have contacted seller who says I have to contact local post office?? There are several, so whom was this shipment handed over to? Normally it is Post Nord and then they send tracking info, but I have not received such. There must be a name or company that has received it when it apparently is delivered?
