It says my item was delivered, tracking number is ZA03778579701. However, I was at home all of yesterday and all of today, and it is nowhere to be seen. No delivery person knocked on the door, it's not left at my door, and not in my mailbox which allows for parcels to go in.
Please help!

Tracking for this parcel claims that the item has been "delivered" and yet the item is not here.
When I contacted customer services, I was advised to "check my mailbox" despite the order being for a 56 square feet chicken coop with run - I'm not certain how that would fit in my mailbox, if I even had a mailbox instead of a letterbox in my door.

I am now told to check my "local post office" despite having already done so and being told by Royal Mail that they are not the couriers and the tracking number is not on their system.

Please can you confirm who the courier is, before I ask the bank to reverse the payment.

Tracking say order delivered. But it is not here. Can you tell me which delivery carrier delivered it. Says
EUB but don’t know what that is. Please advise asap as to whether or not I will ever get this item.
