I’ve my package is reported “delivered” but I fondant get anything, my neighbours didn’t get anything and with the parcelnumer I can only see the tracking of china post. None of the local couriers can find this parcelnumer. Can you tell me a different parcelnumer for the parcel in the Netherlands? Or can you tell me where I can find my package. I have not received my item yet tracking info states it has been delivered?
I have emailed the seller but had no response.
