Tracking says my package was delivered but I didn't receive it and I can't get any answers from anyone where it's at

Red all the comments says that parcel had been delivered but they didn't receive. Same as mine. Delivered and received on 26/9/2025 at 3.49pm. But no one help me receive and I not even got a called or message from them. PARCEL MISSING,RECEIVED BY GHOST!!! :)
