So I ordered something from Yostar and my shipment says "Undelivered". It also says the reason why it was undelivered is because they couldn't locate the recipient. What does it mean by that? By recipient, does it mean me or something else? Did they somehow get my address wrong? The last update I saw on the tracker is that the shipment has left the processing center, on October 22, 25, and 28. What should I do in this situation? Do I contact my local carrier/post office or do I just be patient and wait?

How can I locate it?

I sent package from Thailand since 25 March 2019 it's at the Guangzou post office already but the recipient has not yet received the package. And the recipient had tried to you at 862012360 but no answer. Can you please check it what to do because it's almost 2 months already. Or if possible, can you send it back to the sender?
