Shipping delayed for a month

Hey guys,
My parcel EB715008101CN has now not had an update for over 30 days. I am increasingly worried that this may just never get here as I have never experienced no tracking update for this long. I understand the virus has slowed everything down but is there anything I can do here? Do you think it will get here eventually?

Hi Ryry,

EMS are mostly delayed due to the coronavirus. I suggsest you wait for another 20 days to see if there is any update. If no, contact the seller to get a solution.

the last update on 5/10/20 said shanghai delivered to air transport. the item was shipped from china to the united states on 4-29-20 . why is it just sitting there for 22 days so far?
