I ordered something from Aliexpress on the 1st of January 2026, was receiving shipping updates for the first few days and then nothing? Since the 10th of January all shipping updates have come to a complete stop and the parcel seems to be stuck in transit. There is a message saying

''Due to a peak in customer packages, your order may take longer than usual. We're working proactively to speed up the delivery. Thanks for your understanding.''

It's been like this for over two weeks and it's getting concerning.

Hi, my letter (tracking number : RA614294544CN ) was posted on the 17th of December. It left Beijing on the 19th of December and arrived in Zhengzhou on the 21st. On the 5th of January if left Zhengzhou but then went back to Beijing.
Today on the 11th of January it has updated that it’s back in Zhengzhou and has been ‘handed over to the carrier for transportation’ which is the same stage it was at the on the 21st of December.

Is something wrong and how long will it be until I get my letter?

My paracel is stuck on handed over to carrier, usually it takes no more than 1 day to carrier receives but not it’s taking 1 week no update. What is happening ? Where is it ? Can it be on a plane just no scan ? Will I get it ?
