Stating delivered but it was NOT delivered

Trying to find my shipment AM603101530CN.
Says it was delivered on 12-1-24 which was Sunday. It is Tuesday 12-3-24 and it still has not been delivered. I have attempted to find out who the courier was once it reached San Antonio only to have my emails and calls ignored. Please advise where the crap my shipment is.

I have tried contacting the shipper, they keep asking questions if I checked places. I have gone to my USPS that stating it was sent to, and was delivered from and there was no record. It stated it was to got there sunday 4/27 and then states that it was out for delivery Monday, which makes sense, but stating delivered but it was not. ZP01239546401 is tracking information.

It's stating that the parcel has been delivered but I know for a fact it hadn't. There's no proof of delivery for starters and I'm on maternity leave and I don't leave the house so it hasn't been delivered and I've asked my neighbours they haven't got it either
