Hi, package was shipped March 24, 2020 and it used to show in Transit but now looks like the tracking history got deleted. Can you help track this and provide the status? Thank you in advance

Hi Mike,

There is only 'Logistics order created' shown in tracking information for it because the seller just created the order on March 24 but hasn't shipped it. You need to push the seller to ship the package immediately.

On Monday 16th I checked the tracking site of my package, it had an update of the same day, saying it has entered a city near mine. Okay, I will check more often then.
