Hi Daisy, can you please confirm with the status of my parcel sent by yanwen and how do I track them in India. tracking number UD315761695MY and UD175049141YP it shows sent to india since 07/29/2020. Yet nothing updated in Yanwen web portal. Need to know where is my package laying!!

Hi DevdeepA,

They are in transit to India and havn't arrived in India. There will be update when they arrrive. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

Hi My tracking number is UD175049141YP and destination is India but it got update today as last mile destination country post number was given as UD315761695MY which is Malaysia which is not right and am worried. Checked further and found that the destination tracking number UD315761695MY that was updated today is 45 days old tracking number where as My item was sent on 07/22 so am curious if everything is fine with my original tracking number UD175049141YP. Help would be highly appreciated

I have paid for a box using your EMS service, but on the 9 of December of 2020 the tracking number says:

Guangzhou City, has been handed over to the carrier transport.

But I don't understand the status of the box, can you help me please, and which will be the next status or what is next for the box to leave China and come to my country?
