Status não muda desde novemrbo de 2017

Fiz a compra de um violino elétrico para meu filho que foi postado em 25/11/2017, e desde o dia 30/11/2017 não é atualizado o status que foi enviado para o Brasil. Falo com o vendedor e ele entra em contato com a china post e eles dizem que vai chegar, mas faz muito tempo já. O código de rastreio é RY646025800CN. Será que chega ainda ou foi perdido? Eu tenho alguma forma de abrir chamado no China Post, assim como fazemos com os Correios aqui no Brasil? Como não chegou no Brasil fico sem saber o que fazer.

Não é normal que um pacote não chegue dentro de quatro meses. Pode estar perdido. É melhor abrir uma disputa para a Aliexpress para obter o seu dinheiro de volta primeiro o mais rápido possível.
