Status of my package

I am awaiting a package being shipped by China Post. Tacking #ZC44401388299. According to the tracking it has been stuck for almost a month in Hialeah. Can I please get information on when I can expect to receive my package?

It's not normal. It may be lost there. You need to contact the seller to get a solution in time.

The package seems to have arrived in Canada(Toronto) on Jan 6th -
however latest status shows that it departed by air on Jan 24th back to Hong Kong? hope that is not correct - as I have waiting 2 months to received and not sure why the package would be going the other way if I never recieved it?
