Hi Cheryl,

Your package is in transit to the US now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives. Please wait for more days to see.

The package seems to have arrived in Canada(Toronto) on Jan 6th -
however latest status shows that it departed by air on Jan 24th back to Hong Kong? hope that is not correct - as I have waiting 2 months to received and not sure why the package would be going the other way if I never recieved it?
