Status of package to USA

Tracking number is RV396599051CN. Was sent in late April, last status shows it was released to Air transport in Dongguan then goes silent. Any help on where it is would be appreciated.

Hi Paris,

It has left China and is in transit to the US now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives. Please wait for more days to get update.

I have two packages from two different purchases and they both still have not reached the USA and have had a status of originator is preparing to dispatch since April 16th. When will my packages arrive in the USA? I have never had this issue before.
