Hello,
Can you advise on the status of the above package ? My Client Mr Zhu is waiting for an important document to be submit and we aren't able to do it on time due to non receivable of the document. It had been 13 days since it was picked up and shipped. Status remain under arrival at destination however we check with the local post , there is no records .

Hi Janice Lau,
To my experience, it takes about another 5-20 days to reach Singapore. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

It's still in transit and and hasn't been arrived. You need to wait for more days to see it arrives in Singapore.
