Thank you for replying to my previous question. Could you please tell me how you know for sure my parcel has left China? Also, can you see “Parcel despatch to JFK airport, NEW YORK” in the tracking? Does that mean it is definitely on a plane? What is your expert opinion on when this item may reach customs?

Hi Jackie,

It was delivered to air transport on March 28 and takes about 7-10 days to leave China. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about another 15-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives. Please wait for more days to see.

Could you please advise the status of my item. When I checked your website the status tracking said, "Cleared and waiting for international departure". This was on the 2nd of April, it has 12 days and there has been no tracking status update. Could you please help
