Stucked on Dispatched to oversea

Hello, So I bought something from Aliexpress on 11 June 2021 the seller shipped it on 20 June 2021, but it stuck on Dispatched to oversea since. it has been dispatched for so long ( 88 days)
Is this normal ? What should I do?

It's not normal for it. I suggest you contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.
