My missing parcel

Hi, my tracking number is LB192401637SG. According to my tracking info, it said it left the transit country Singapore on Nov 4 (Dispatched to Oversea Postal Admin) but till now I do not receive any update or even receive my parcel. Can you please check for me if my parcel is still on the way to Vancouver, Canada? I am looking forward for your reply. Thanks a lot!

It's should be delayed due to the coronavirus. There is no update showing it arrives in Canada. It's still en route to Canada now. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update for over two months, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution in time.
