Suddenly no longer possible to track parcel

Hi, until a few days ago I could track parcel ZYD2387205478YQ without problems and now it says that the tracking number is not found? What is the reason for it? Parcel on its way for a month now.

Hi, it showed the status is expired, it posted by ship and I understand it takes longer but now is over 3 months. The parcel was directly bought to the post office to sent out by my relative, where else I can track my parcel? Thanks
