After 78 days (!!!) in your system it says that my parcel was delivered today 28.07,2020 and time 09:15 !!! To whom was it delivered? Because I DID NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING !!!!! It is a pity for 20 and 30 euros to make us believe that we will get our package !!! Serious companies do not do that !!! I have been using the internet for purchases for 10 years, and only you in the Chinese post office managed to do this: to say the system was DELIVERED and nothing has come! Can you explain that?

Did not received any package though system indicating parcel delivered.

Did not received any proof of delivered as well.

Dear Sir or Madam
Your tracking app says the consignment WUYOU0322300303 has been delivered to Prague, 15300 on 29 April, but it HAS NOT.
I have contacted local Czech Post and they do not have any package of this number or on my name in the system since 1 April.
Where is the package please? Which delivery company have you left it with in the Czech Republic? Has it been given a new number?
