Good afternoon
I have an order in transit since March 18th (two months have passed). Why is it taking so long?
Tracking number: RE032466173CN
And says it is "experied". Why?

Hi Rafael Cerqueira,

Packages shipped during March are mostly delayed due to the coronavirus. I suggest you wait for another 15 days to see if there is any update. If no, ccontact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.

I ordered April 6th and this week my package was listed as expired. It was in transit last time I checked. I live in the US so that’s the main destination it should arrive to. Has it just not been updated? Is there still hope to receive it :( ? Late is fine I just want to know if it will ever get here. It’s just a bath rug so there shouldn’t be any complications right? Thanks

Everytime a company uses them packages are LATE LATE or never arrives. 7 out of 10 times you wont get your money back.
