I noticed that the last update on my order shows the package as “delivered,” but I haven’t received anything yet. Could you please clarify what this status means and help me track the actual delivery?

Hi Sara,

If it show delivered, it means that it has been delivered. If it's not delivered to your address, it may be delivered to a point waiting you to pick up. You'd better contact the seller to confirm.

Yes I've checked my package all the way to the day it got here and it set out for delivery on Easter day which I knew it wasn't out for delivery that day but then the following day it said had to been delivered to Englewood My question is was this package delivered to a another carrier like USPS or UPS when it states that it was delivered to Englewood or was it delivered to my shipping address or claim to be delivered on the day that it said delivered because I never received a package and I'm trying to track it down and I assuming that it never even was sent or processed and I was scammed can someone please get back with me 720-210-2336
