The tracking says the order was delivered but it was not delivered

Good evening, your tracking number (MT500000054041EX) indicates that the order was delivered, but I haven't received anything and I've always been at home. Can you please tell me which transport company here in Portugal is doing this work for you? Or else see what's going on with this order?

I placed on order on June 26, 2020. The Order # is 99439. The tracking # is LY350226265CN. It says that it has been “delivered” and shows that it has been delivered to somewhere in New York.
