Hi Vicky,

I couldn't find any information too. The reasons may:
1: China Post hasn't accepted your package yet.
2: China Post hasn't scanned and entered your package tracking information into their system yet.

This is common to see sellers online in China first gave you a tracking number and sent it several days later. Better ask the send to confirm if he has sent it.
