Hello, I wanted to inquire about a package I sent from Spain to China that is being held in customs in Shenzhen, Guangdong. The tracking number is H9940306313

Hi Yassine,

H9940306313 is not a right tracking number. If it's stuck at the the customs, you need the receiver's cooperation to check. It may need the receiver to submit declaration documents or pay tax.
