UM437546183CN is tracked to San Francisco but no farther. How do I track it. USPS and when will it arrive?

Hey so I have a few problems. After about a month, the shop app finally says that the package has been delivered, but on the map in the app it gives me a bubble in the wrong area. The second issue is that the entire time during the shipment, if I ever wanted to track something through chinapost while it's in America, it just says Null, a date, and a shipment status. Even in the shop app, the addresses don’t make any sense. I tried contacting UPS or USPS to track down the package, but no one can give me any information. If USPS can't even give me any information about my package, what do I do? Did I get scammed?
