Hello, I have been tracking an order from China and today it stated that the package was delivered. I have not received the package so I have no idea where it was supposed to be delivered to. My address is 2602 Desert Breeze Way, Palm Springs California 92262.

It was delivered to Palm Springs, CA 92262 on July 7. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
