Tracking Expired and still not arrive LZ056965743CN

Hello, my order is almost 70 days in transit to Israel. Can you let me know when will it arrive to Israel ? When will I get my package ? can you please help ?
also why is the tracking expired on your website? does it mean the package is lost ?

Hi Eliezer,

It doesn't mean it's lost. If the package couldn't be devliered in 75 days, it's thought to be expired in tracking system automatically. This is because most of the packages could be delivered in 75 days in normal. You still could receive it although it's expired. To my experience, it should be reached in this month. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

Tracking number LZ087657760CN

Package was shipped May 16th 2020. Handed over to airline in Shanghai May 21st 2020. Now Aug 4th and no more shipping updates, package is expired tracking. The seller assured me it would arrive July 26th and it hasnt. Where is my package??? Its been almost a full 3 months !! Need it before Aug 27 :(
