Tracking issues update

Hello, I ordered a package theough Amazon. They gave a tracking number of AQ079061660CN. I ordered this on October 15th with an expected delivery between Oct 25 and Nov 4. The only info listed says carrier picked up package on OCT 16th. NOTHING SINCE THEN. When looking on other sites, it can't find any info on it. Can someone help with this?

Hi Bgriffin416,

There is no tracking information for it. It may be lost in this case. You need to open a case from Amazon to get refund in time.
