Hello,
I already contacted you and you replied for my tracking number UJ366620100CN. Your response was for me to contact the seller. I contacted them and the airport customs Agent. Customs asked me to find out which airline was used to ship me and call them. This was to be transferred to the post office but the weight is to heavy for them. Therefore it is still in cargo at the airline. Could you please tell me which airline was used and give me a phone number for them at the San Francisco airport? I’m told it’s most likely sitting there since post office won’t pick it up due to the weight of the dumbbell.

It has been stuck at the US second processing center since May 29. To my experience, if it couldn't be delivered within a week after it's there, it will be returned back or still stuck there. This may be caused due to the address problem. You'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution as soon as possible.
