I have not received my order/package as of 26 Dec 2022. MY tracking # states the package was delivered I have tried every means possible with no results. Please supply me with the courier name and tracking number (US) also the phone number.

Hi George Hicks,

We could only see AG481506970CN was delivered on Dec.22. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in the US. Then, you need to use the number to check with USPS. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

China post tracking number (0 reply)

Seller has only provided fed ex tracking number. So tracking will not show any overseas movement. It will only start showing updates once package clears us customs and fed ex receives package. I have asked seller multiple times for China post tracking number which they keep replying back stating that my tracking number is fed ex tracking number. Is it possible to track package’s shipping from China post with fed ex tracking number? Or how do I go about getting China post tracking number if seller will not provide it?

I need a USPS tracking number for my package that they said was delivered today. can't check with Post Office without a tracking number.. The tracking number I have is from China - it is AQ017387734CN. I also called the phone # listed on website ( +86 10 11185 and also tried calling +86 20 11185 )-- neither number would go through states is an invalid number.
