When I put my tracking number in the China post website, it says my package was delivered but it was not delivered at my address. The delivery status says has been properly invested. What do I do? I have not received my package.

Hi Ricky Burgess,

AQ119948580CN was delivered to DANVILLE,WV,25053 on May 21. If it's not address, you need to contact the seller to ask if the tracking number is right. The seller may give you a tracking number of another customer. If the number is right, he may filled the address by mistake.

I need a USPS tracking number for my package that they said was delivered today. can't check with Post Office without a tracking number.. The tracking number I have is from China - it is AQ017387734CN. I also called the phone # listed on website ( +86 10 11185 and also tried calling +86 20 11185 )-- neither number would go through states is an invalid number.
