Hello,
I would like to know if there is a way to know where was my package delivered. The status of the tracking number AS811264559CN says it was successfully delivered on August 27 but I didn't receive anything

Hi Diana,

We could only see AS811264559CN was delivered on August 27. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

China post tracking number (0 reply)

Seller has only provided fed ex tracking number. So tracking will not show any overseas movement. It will only start showing updates once package clears us customs and fed ex receives package. I have asked seller multiple times for China post tracking number which they keep replying back stating that my tracking number is fed ex tracking number. Is it possible to track package’s shipping from China post with fed ex tracking number? Or how do I go about getting China post tracking number if seller will not provide it?

I need a USPS tracking number for my package that they said was delivered today. can't check with Post Office without a tracking number.. The tracking number I have is from China - it is AQ017387734CN. I also called the phone # listed on website ( +86 10 11185 and also tried calling +86 20 11185 )-- neither number would go through states is an invalid number.
