Tracking number CF148108809AU, states 'Arrived at sorting center'

Hi,
I need an update on this parcel being delivered from Australia Post. I don't know if it will have a different tracking number in China. According to the tracking information from AusPost it went through customs on the 8th November, and Arrived at Facility on the 9th November. The recipient has not received the item yet. Can I find out what's going on with it, please?

I want to know if it is stuck or it is moving. It has been two weeks. I bought from this seller again a few days later, and their shipment arrived already but this one did not. Can you help me? Thank you.
