I ordered a cardigan on January 30th 2020. I’ve been emailing the vendor since the end of February. They keep saying the flight to US was cancelled so it is going to take longer. They keep saying if I don’t receive I will get a refund. I keep asking for a refund but then they say it’s been sent out but the flight was cancelled etc etc. The tracking number is LW529430075CN

It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the US after it was delivered to air transport. As it has been over two months, it's not normal. You need to contact the seller as soon as possible to get refund.
