I was given this tracking number by a seller on Ioffer but it has said no tracking information for over 3 months now. The seller has stopped responding so I would like to know exactly where my parcel is & why it hasn’t been delivered? I have ordered many items in the past with no problems at all.

Hi,

The seller may use the economic way to send it. So, it couldn't be tracked. This kind of package usually takes a long time to reach and easy to be lost. If you couldn't get it within three months, you'd better try to get the refund by opening a dispute.

China post tracking number (0 reply)

Seller has only provided fed ex tracking number. So tracking will not show any overseas movement. It will only start showing updates once package clears us customs and fed ex receives package. I have asked seller multiple times for China post tracking number which they keep replying back stating that my tracking number is fed ex tracking number. Is it possible to track package’s shipping from China post with fed ex tracking number? Or how do I go about getting China post tracking number if seller will not provide it?

I need a USPS tracking number for my package that they said was delivered today. can't check with Post Office without a tracking number.. The tracking number I have is from China - it is AQ017387734CN. I also called the phone # listed on website ( +86 10 11185 and also tried calling +86 20 11185 )-- neither number would go through states is an invalid number.
