Tracking number list delivered after two day of out for delivery but it was not

My tracking number listed "out for delivery" on Friday 06/06/25 for two days, then on Sunday at noon it was updated to "delivered" at noon on Sunday 06/08/25 but nothing has been delivered. What carrier was used to deliver my package? how do I get their tracking number?

Hi Kellie A,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller could open a case to the courier to investigate where it was delivered and who signed for it. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

According the Tracking Record of 17TRACK the ORDER #CH3604 seems DELIVERED since 2024-08-07 16:41 !!!!

Until this moment Thursday 2024-08-24 14:00, I personal haven’t received anything, so I’m trying to get in contact with somebody of the Courier's company,
but I can’t find who is the Courier company who made the delivery, it is not written in the Tracking list that I’m sending you.

Could you be so kind to indicate me the name and the tel number of the Courier that the China Post has used for the specific Delivery?
