Regarding tracking number LY195681281CN, can you please tell me where this package is? The tracker, from what I see, shows it being given to the airlines on 5/21/20 (Shanghai), but it has not yet reached the USPS. I need to understand - why is this taking so long?

Hi mdmisti,

It's in transit to the USA now. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was delivered to airline transport. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update before July 20, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

Seller has only provided fed ex tracking number. So tracking will not show any overseas movement. It will only start showing updates once package clears us customs and fed ex receives package. I have asked seller multiple times for China post tracking number which they keep replying back stating that my tracking number is fed ex tracking number. Is it possible to track package’s shipping from China post with fed ex tracking number? Or how do I go about getting China post tracking number if seller will not provide it?

I need a USPS tracking number for my package that they said was delivered today. can't check with Post Office without a tracking number.. The tracking number I have is from China - it is AQ017387734CN. I also called the phone # listed on website ( +86 10 11185 and also tried calling +86 20 11185 )-- neither number would go through states is an invalid number.
