Hi below parcel says it is delivered but I have not received also not showing on uk tracking also can you look into it for me please.
its showing delivered on your system after 6 days from china!

Hi Mark Houghton,

I could only see AQ848994055CN was delivered on March 25. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
