I received an email from you regarding my missing package. The tracking number is UT261731724CN. I was told by you that the package is in Vancouver Canada and to contact Canada Post. The issue I now have is that your tracking number doesn’t work for Canada Post. And they require a tracking number to help me. So I still don’t have my package and I have no way of getting it or tracking it.
