We have been waiting for the delivery of the pellet stove we ordered over 2 months ago what is taking so long, it says it is in Colorado but it's been in Colorado since September 21st 2025

To my experience, it has been lost. You need to contact the seller to get refund or ask for a re-delivery in time.

China post tracking number (0 reply)

Seller has only provided fed ex tracking number. So tracking will not show any overseas movement. It will only start showing updates once package clears us customs and fed ex receives package. I have asked seller multiple times for China post tracking number which they keep replying back stating that my tracking number is fed ex tracking number. Is it possible to track package’s shipping from China post with fed ex tracking number? Or how do I go about getting China post tracking number if seller will not provide it?

USPS tracking number - no way to call number listed... won't go thru (0 reply)

I need a USPS tracking number for my package that they said was delivered today. can't check with Post Office without a tracking number.. The tracking number I have is from China - it is AQ017387734CN. I also called the phone # listed on website ( +86 10 11185 and also tried calling +86 20 11185 )-- neither number would go through states is an invalid number.
