I have been trying to track down my package and ir now says it has expired. What does that mean?

'Expired' will be shown once the package couldn't be delivere within two months. It didn't pass the check and returned back on April 28. It was delivered to air transport again on April 28. There should be update showing it arrives in the US in this month. I suggest you wait for more days to see. If there is no update in this month, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution in time.
