Tracking says delivered but it was never received

I placed an order on Amazon for a handheld game device on april 3, 2023. On April 17 2023 it was marked as delivered. Contacted amazon they instructed me to wait until the end of the delivery estimated time, May 15 2023. I still have not received my package. I went the local post office where they looked up all the information I was given and it was never scanned into their system so they have no record of ever receiving my package. But all tracking information says that it was delivered. This needs to get figured out. The tracking number is : AQ102995625CN

It was delivered to BUTLER，PA 16001 on April 16. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
