I ordered something as Christmas presents for my kids and have been following the tracking of it, tracking number AT193315135CN. I see today that it says it was delivered on Friday, the 15th of December but I never received any package. And I have no clue what carrier would have "delivered" this in my area. Please help me sort this out?

My tracking info says it's been delivered. I never received it. It doesn't tell me where it got delivered, just says delivered. Says it's from USPS, they say they never received it. Contacted the company, and they said to contact my post office. I did, but they said they can't do anything because they never received anything. And now the company is ignoring me. Where is my package please?

I ordered a Raised Bed online and paid for it.
I received an email saying that product was delivered.
I never received the product.
I went to the post office and they said that ORDER # 230421043208893 tracking # AG069083234CN has not been delivered by them.
They said that the item was too large for them to handle and that Ups or Fedex would be a better choice.
They also said that tracking # AG069083234CN was an international tracking number.
Please help me.
