Tracking says delivered but not received.

Tracking says delivered and signed for but has not arrived. Nobody could have signed for it and I was home at time stated (time difference considered). Please tell me which courier was used for delivery in UK. Please tell me who supposedly signed for it. It definitely isn't here and the seller is not quick at responding to messages.

Hi Hayley,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation about who signed for it. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

I ordered something as Christmas presents for my kids and have been following the tracking of it, tracking number AT193315135CN. I see today that it says it was delivered on Friday, the 15th of December but I never received any package. And I have no clue what carrier would have "delivered" this in my area. Please help me sort this out?
