Tracking says succesfully Cast 6/13/2022 but I didn't receive the package

I've tracked two packages that were shipped to me China Post and both say they were successfully cast 6/13/2022 at different times of the day but I have not received them. Is there a number I can call for china post? sorry the two tracking numbers are AS810790242CN & AS810763064CN

Hi web2000,

You couldn't call from the US. If you don't get them, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
